Enquiry privacy
This notice explains how enquiries sent through mrobinson are processed.
Your enquiry
The form sends the name, email address, enquiry text and any other details you choose to provide to the site owner, so they can respond. Please avoid including sensitive information that is not needed for your enquiry.
Delivery and abuse prevention
The website is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. Enquiry emails are delivered using Resend to the site owner's email inbox. Cloudflare Turnstile checks submissions for abuse and may ask you to complete a verification step. These services process enquiry or technical browser and network information as needed to provide their services.
Read the Resend privacy policy and Cloudflare privacy policy for their handling of personal information. The recipient's email provider also processes the delivered email.
Retention
The form application does not create a separate submissions database. Resend currently documents a 30-day retention period for its email content, metadata and events. This does not remove copies already delivered to email inboxes. The recipient's own inbox and retention practices apply to those copies; no fixed deletion period for them is stated here.
